Colonial Heights Townhouses Association is a twenty-two unit townhouse cluster community located in The City of Raleigh, North Carolina. The community owns 2.65 acres of land west of Downtown Raleigh. It was built in 1984. The townhouses are two stories units and a mix of two or three-bedroom configurations. The living spaces are approximately 1200 – 1300.
Each unit has two dedicated parking lots, as well as guest spaces.
