Dear Colonial Heights owners and residents, we apologize, but our parking lot repair work is AGAIN shifted.
Due to our contractor’s major equipment failure, they had to postpone parking lot repair until MONDAY, 21TH.
Now it’s hard to predict exact timing, due to weather conditions, but on MONDAY, should be performed asphalt repair job which does not severely depend on weather conditions.
Here is the new timing:
MONDAY, 21TH — NO PARKING ON SPACES FACING UNITS 659, 661, 663, 665, 667, and 669 AS OF 8 AM MONDAY
Dates after then are flexible and entirely depend on the weather.
The other TWO days of repair work will be performed on the nearest dry days.
Please check your emails/our website/post box notices for updates. We will notify you the night before the work begins.
DAY 2 — NO PARKING ON SPACES FACING UNITS 645, 647, 649, 651, 653, 655, 659, 661, 663, 665, 667, and 669 AS OF 8 AM
DAY 3 — NO PARKING ON SPACES FACING UNITS 621, 623,625, 627,629, 631, 635, 637, 639, 641 and 645 area AS OF 8 AM
We would suggest using our backyard street “Oak Run Dr” for parking needs these days.
